The site of the Kingsbury Ordinance Plant (KOP) is located near modern
day Kingsbury, Indiana. The plant consisted of several ammunition
factories and storage buildings occupying over 10,000 acres of land.
In the spring of 2000, I went to some of the unused areas of KOP
and took a series of photographs.

When I lived in Japan, I bought a shogi set and started learning how
to play. As I tried to make sense of the rules, I took a lot of notes.
Afterwards, I decided to put these notes online along with pictures. I was
never any good at the game but these pages should help other people learn
how to play.
